Withers provides software tools that allow pet grooming businesses to send service-related SMS messages to their customers.
SMS messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, arrival updates, service completion notices, and customer support messages.
When booking or completing intake online, customers may optionally opt in by checking an explicit SMS consent checkbox that discloses message types, frequency, message and data rates, HELP/STOP instructions, and links to this page, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Service. Consent is not required to book or purchase services.
Message frequency varies by appointment and service activity (typically a few messages per visit). Message and data rates may apply.
Customers may reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel anytime.
Mobile opt-in consent is not shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
