Withers provides software tools for pet grooming businesses, including appointments, client records, booking requests, and service-related customer communications.
Business users are responsible for accurate account information, lawful platform use, and data entered into their business account.
Businesses using Withers are responsible for obtaining proper consent from their customers before sending SMS messages. Businesses may only use SMS for service-related communications, including appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule updates, arrival updates, service completion notices, and customer support.
Businesses may not use Withers SMS tools for spam, harassment, deceptive messages, unlawful content, or marketing messages without proper consent and approval.
Users may not misuse the platform, bypass security, or use Withers for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
Paid features require an active subscription and current billing information. Access to billing-dependent features may be limited when billing is inactive.
Withers is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
